Freedman Butterslax Kemper Profiles
The Freedman Butterslax is the signature amp of Bill Kelliher of Mastodon, and one of the most sought-after modern high-gain heads there is. It is huge, thick and articulate at the same time, and this pack was built to bring that to your Profiler mix-ready.
What is in the pack: 21 DIRECT and 35 STUDIO profiles. Studio profiles were captured through a Mesa Boogie 4×12 and an Orange 4×12 with an MD421/SM57 blend, and include boosted options using a Fortin 33, Maxon 808 and MXR Wylde OD for extra tightness and cut.
Who it is for: metal and heavy rock players who want a big, modern rhythm tone that sits in a mix without carving, and lead tones with the same weight. Every profile is ready to roll onto a track as it is.
