Terms of Service

Last updated: 10 September 2026.

These terms govern your use of ReampZone and your purchase of profile packs from us. By placing an order you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Privacy & Cookies Policy.

Who you are contracting with

ReampZone is operated by a sole trader based in the United Kingdom, at Mailbox 273, Apex House, Thomas Street, Caerphilly, CF83 8DP. Where these terms say “we”, “us” or “our”, they mean ReampZone. You can reach us through our contact page.

What you are buying

We sell digital amplifier profiles for the Kemper PROFILER, supplied as downloadable files. Nothing physical is shipped.

Profiles are captured from real amplifiers. The amplifier, cabinet, pedal and manufacturer names used on this site describe the equipment a profile was captured from, nothing more. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of those manufacturers, and all trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

Your licence to use the profiles

When you buy a pack we grant you a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual licence to use the profiles in it.

You may:

  • use the profiles for your own playing, practice, rehearsal and live performance, including paid shows;
  • use them in your own recordings, releases, streams and videos, including commercial releases, with no royalty owed to us and no obligation to credit us;
  • use them in client work you are paid for, such as session, mixing or production work;
  • keep your own backup copies for your personal use.

You may not:

  • resell, re-license, rent, lend, share, give away or otherwise redistribute the profiles, in whole or in part;
  • include them in another profile pack, sample library, preset collection or product, whether free or paid;
  • upload them to file-sharing sites, forums, cloud drives, chat servers or anywhere else they could be obtained by someone who has not bought them;
  • claim them as your own work, or present them as profiles you captured.

The licence is personal to you and to the account that made the purchase. It does not transfer if you sell your hardware. Ownership of the profiles themselves stays with us — you are buying a licence to use them, not the underlying work.

If you breach this licence we may end it and withdraw access to your downloads. Anything you have already lawfully released stays unaffected.

Orders, prices and payment

Prices are shown on each product page in the currency displayed at checkout. Payment is handled by PayPal; we never see or store your full card details.

Your order is accepted when payment clears and your download becomes available, not at the moment you place it. We may change prices or run promotions at any time, and a change never affects an order already paid for.

Downloads and access

Your downloads are available from your account after purchase. We aim to keep past purchases downloadable indefinitely, and packs are sometimes updated or expanded after release — where that happens, the updated files are available to existing buyers at no extra cost.

We cannot guarantee indefinite availability of any particular pack, so please keep your own backups. If a download fails or a file appears corrupt, contact us and we will put it right.

Refunds and your right to cancel

Because these are digital files delivered immediately, by completing your purchase you ask us to begin supplying the content straight away and you acknowledge that you lose the statutory 14-day right to cancel once the download has been made available to you. This reflects the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

For that reason, purchases are non-refundable once the files have been downloaded.

This does not affect your legal rights. If the content is faulty, will not load on a Kemper PROFILER, or is not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Contact us with your order number and a description of the problem and we will sort it out.

If you bought by mistake and have not yet downloaded anything, contact us — we will consider it case by case.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for anything done through your account. Please tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to it. Sharing account credentials so that others can download your purchases is a breach of the licence above.

Acceptable use

Please do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, interfere with its operation, scrape it at a scale that degrades service for others, or use it for anything unlawful.

Availability

We try to keep the site available and working, but we do not promise uninterrupted access. We may suspend or withdraw parts of it for maintenance or other reasons.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

Subject to that, our total liability arising from your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the pack concerned. We are not liable for loss of profit, loss of data, or losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when you bought. You are responsible for backing up your own files and projects.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here when you place your order, and the date at the top shows when it last changed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK or the EU, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections of your home country.
